Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment or pre-authorization may be required to confirm the reservation. The payment method and details will be communicated to the customer during the reservation process.

Customers who cancel their reservations within the specified timeframes can benefit from the following refund conditions:

• For cancellations made up to 5 days (120 hours) before the reservation date: 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
• For cancellations made up to 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation date: 25% of the total payment will be refunded.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation date or in case of no-show: No refund will be given.
• Provide a valid credit card in the renter’s name (if required)

If the customer does not come to pick up the vehicle at the specified date and time and does not contact our company, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed through the payment method used.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank.

Firstrentacar.me reserves the right to change this policy if deemed necessary..

All vehicles in the Firstrentacar.me fleet have mandatory traffic insurance.

The following rules apply to accidents that occur during the vehicle rental period:

• During the rental period, any damage caused by the driver, whether intentional or unintentional, to third parties, vehicles, or property must be covered by the renter in accordance with legal regulations.
• In the event of a collision with another vehicle, pedestrian, or any object while driving the rented vehicle, the driver is responsible for any resulting material and/or non-material damages.

If the accident occurred when another vehicle hit you:

• Stop the vehicle immediately and do not move it under any circumstances.
• Contact Firstrentacar.me first.
• Take clear photos and videos of the damaged vehicle.
• A police report should be filed if necessary.

The tenant is responsible for any interventions made without notifying our company.

Failure to comply with instructions may invalidate the insurance.

In all accident and damage situations, the instructions of Firstrentacar.me shall be taken as the basis.
